Monitor Health's advanced ecosystem combines Artificial Intelligence with remote collaboration software to provide a diverse portfolio of medical devices and services. These tools collect a patient’s active medical data - such as blood pressure and weight - and then seamlessly deliver that data to the patient's healthcare provider in near-real-time, all without the need for complex or time consuming patient interactions.
App can be paired only with the A&D blood pressure monitor and scale devices.
